Three stages. No surprises in between.
Walkthrough & itemized estimate
We measure, photograph, and price the job line by line. You get the estimate in writing within three business days, with allowances spelled out.
Drawings, selections, permits
Layouts and elevations, a selections list with real lead times, and the permit filed with your town before anything gets torn out.
Build, weekly update, punch list
Dust barriers up, same crew every day, a photo update every Friday, and a walk-through punch list we close out before the final invoice.
